What counts as a scan?: One successful call to scan() or scanPassport() that returns a valid document is one billable scan. Failed attempts (no barcode found, expired key, etc.) are not billed.
What happens if I exceed my included scans?: Overages are billed at $0.25 per scan above your plan's monthly quota. You can monitor usage in the dashboard at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?: Yes. Cancel through the billing portal before your renewal date and you won't be charged for the next period. No lock-in.
